Is that a testament to the confused single mom population in Iowa?
Well, one of the more unfortunate statistics for Woodbury County in Iowa is that it has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the state.
If you had to theorize, why is that county one of the highest? Religion? Economic status? Education? Lack of condom suppliers?
It could be a mix of many of those things. I do, however, like your last suggestion. That one is quite amusing.
